Furniture Innovations warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial and rental use, for the coverage period shown for each product, starting on the date of the original end-user purchase.

Where a product shows extended coverage, that coverage is included at no charge and applies only to structural frames and panels, including complete Marquee dance floor panels and Titan stage decks. Cushions, seats, glides, finishes, hardware and accessories are covered for the limited warranty period shown.

This warranty covers the original end-user purchaser who bought from Furniture Innovations or an authorized Furniture Innovations dealer or distributor. It does not transfer to later owners. Products bought from unauthorized sellers are not covered.

• Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, overloading beyond rated capacity, or use of a product for anything other than its intended purpose, such as standing on a chair or table
• Improper storage, stacking beyond recommended limits, transport, installation or reinstallation
• Alterations, attachments, modifications, or repairs not performed or authorized by Furniture Innovations, including repairs using parts we did not supply
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, dents and finish wear from use
• Rust, swelling, warping, fading or finish changes caused by moisture, sun, weather or prolonged outdoor exposure
• Damage caused by cleaning or conditioning products not recommended in our care guidelines
• Natural variation in wood grain, color, texture and upholstery, and exact color matching between production runs
• Lost parts, and damage that occurs in transit (handled as a freight claim)

To stay eligible for coverage, products must be set up, used, stored and maintained according to our published guidelines and reasonable business practice: protected from sun, rain and harsh environments between events, cleaned with mild soap and water, inspected regularly, and repaired only with Furniture Innovations parts. Failure to meet these requirements may void coverage.

If we confirm a covered defect, we will, at our sole discretion and at no cost for the covered part or product, repair it, supply replacement parts with instructions, or replace the product with the same or a comparable model. For approved claims, we cover shipping for replacement parts, for returning the defective product under a Return Authorization, and for delivering the repaired or replacement product. A repair or replacement does not extend or restart the original coverage period.

We may inspect or test a product as part of a claim. Please keep the product and do not discard or repair it until the claim is resolved; failing to allow inspection may void coverage. You must obtain a Return Authorization before returning anything. Unauthorized returns will be refused, and shipping costs will be the sender's responsibility.

Damage in transit is not a warranty matter. Inspect every carton before signing, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact your dealer immediately. Carrier claim windows are short, so prompt reporting is essential.

The remedies described here are the sole and exclusive remedies under this warranty. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the defective product.

This limited warranty is the entire express warranty for the product. All other express, statutory or implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed where allowed by law.

Furniture Innovations is not responsible for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost rental income, loss of use, or damage to property, under any theory of recovery, whether in contract or tort, including negligence and strict liability.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

This warranty is valid only in the contiguous United States and is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. It supersedes all prior agreements, representations or understandings about product warranty, and may be changed only in writing by an authorized representative of Furniture Innovations. We may revise this warranty at any time. Each version is numbered and dated, and products are covered by the version in effect on their purchase date. This is Version 1.0, effective September 1, 2026.
