Furniture Innovations

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers for the dealers who sell our products and the venues, rental companies and event pros who put them to work.

For Dealers & Reps

Pricing, ordering, freight and support.

How do I become a Furniture Innovations dealer?

Start with the Dealer Signup form. Tell us about your business, the markets you serve and which of our brands you're interested in. A member of our team will reach out to talk through fit, pricing and next steps.

Do you sell direct to end users?

No. We sell only through our authorized dealers and distributors, and we don't compete with them. When a venue, rental company or planner contacts us, we connect them with a dealer who can quote, deliver and support the order. Our dealers get the whole opportunity, and their customers get local service backed by the people who built the product.

Is there a minimum opening order or reorder?

No. There's no minimum on your opening order or on any reorder. Buy what your customers need, when they need it, and grow your inventory at your own pace. When it helps, our team will show you how to group orders to keep freight cost per unit down.

Do you have a MAP policy?

Yes, and we enforce it. Every dealer receives our written MAP (minimum advertised price) policy at onboarding and signs it before their first order. MAP protects every dealer who invests in our brands from being undercut by someone racing to the bottom. It's the floor for clearance and deeply discounted sale events, not an everyday price. Most dealers sell below MSRP and well above MAP, which is where the program is built to be profitable.

Do you offer territory protection?

Yes. We respect the dealers who invest in building our brands in their market. Distribution today isn't one-size-fits-all, though. National accounts, multi-location operators and dealers who cover several regions don't always fit neatly inside a map line. When an opportunity like that comes up, we work through it openly with the dealers involved to find the arrangement that's fair to everyone.

We're flexible, and we look for partners who are too. The goal is shared growth: stronger dealers, a bigger national footprint for our brands, and a partnership worth building on.

Do I have to carry all six brands?

No. You can carry the brands that fit your customers, whether that's one line or all six: Lusso Luxury Chairs, Grand Royale Bars, Titan Stages, Marquee Dance Floors, Stage Façade and ChairMates.

What payment terms do you offer?

We offer several payment options, and we match them to each partner rather than forcing one standard. During onboarding, we complete a short financial review with every new dealer and distributor, then set up the terms that best fit how your business operates. We'll walk you through the options and what's needed for each as part of that conversation.

What are your lead times?

Most orders ship within a few days, and many ship the same day. We stock product at multiple distribution centers, so timing depends on what's on hand at the location serving your order when it's processed.

Whatever the timing, you'll know it up front. We confirm the ship date, share tracking and ETAs, and keep you and your customer informed until the order is delivered.

How does freight work, and can you drop-ship to my customer?

Yes, we drop-ship. If you'd rather we ship straight to your customer, we will. Freight works the same way. We offer several shipping and freight-cost models, and we set yours up around how your business prefers to ship.

Whether an order goes to your warehouse or to your customer's door, our goal is the same: be flexible and meet your needs and your customer's needs on every order.

What sales and marketing support do you provide?

Every brand comes with a sales-ready kit: line cards, downloadable spec packages (PDF and Word), product photography and product copy you can use on your own site and in quotes. You also get direct access to the people who designed and engineered the product. There's no middleman between your question and the answer.

Can I get samples or demo units?

Yes. Many of our products are large-format, high-value commercial pieces, such as stage decks, dance floors and modular bars, so we handle samples partner by partner. We cover how samples are used, and how they can be applied toward future orders, during new-partner onboarding.

Whatever form it takes, we're committed to giving you best-in-class tools and resources to win the deal, close the sale and build demand for our brands in your market.

I'm an independent sales rep. Do you work with rep firms?

Yes. We're building a nationwide network of independent rep firms to carry the Furniture Innovations brands. We interview every firm to make sure it's a good fit on both sides. Territory and commission details are covered in that conversation. To start, contact us and tell us about your lines and territory.

Can I private-label or co-brand your products?

Yes. Our products ship under our own brands as standard, and we also offer private labeling. If carrying your own brand, or a co-branded version, fits your business better, we're glad to have that conversation. Let's talk about your program, your volumes and your goals, and we'll build the right solution together.

Who do I contact about an order?

You'll have a dedicated team behind you, from quote to delivery. During new-partner onboarding, we give you the direct contacts for orders, shipping and support, so you always know who to call and get a fast answer from someone who knows your account.

For Venues & Event Pros

Buying, performance, setup and care.

Where can I buy Furniture Innovations products?

Our products are sold exclusively through our network of authorized dealers and distributors. Contact us with your location and what you're looking for, and we'll connect you with a dealer who can quote, deliver and support your order.

Are your products built for commercial and rental use?

Yes. That's what they're designed for. Every line is engineered for a working rental fleet: repeated load-in and load-out, stacking, transport and years of events, not a single use. We're an ARA Associate Member and an active participant in the Event Rental SIG, so we build for people who run this business every day.

Where are your products designed and made?

Every Furniture Innovations product starts with our design and engineering teams in the USA. It's our own design, developed and tested in-house, not sourced from a catalog. To bring those designs to life, we partner with carefully selected manufacturers in the U.S. and abroad.

Every factory we work with is held to strict quality-assurance standards that we set and enforce, so every product meets the same high bar, order after order. We've been designing commercial furniture for the event and hospitality industry since 2007.

How much weight can your products hold?

Weight ratings vary by product, even within the same brand, so every item has its own rating on its spec sheet, which you can download from each product page.

What doesn't vary is how we build. Rental fleets get used hard: loaded, unloaded, stacked and shipped, event after event. So we engineer every product to commercial-grade, industrial-strength standards and design it to meet or exceed industry weight requirements through a long, high-volume fleet life.

How many people does it take to set up a stage or dance floor?

We recommend two people for safety and speed.

  • Marquee Dance Floors connect with our cam-lock system and lock into place with a simple hex tool. A 36" version is also available, so your crew stays on their feet instead of bending over panel after panel.
  • Titan Stages need no special tools. A standard drill speeds up connecting each deck with our proprietary deck connectors.

Both go down fast and come up just as fast, so you can turn them around for back-to-back events on the same day.

Is the Marquee dance floor edge ADA compliant?

Yes. Marquee dance floors use an ADA-compliant edge that gives guests a safe transition on and off the floor.

Can your products be used outdoors?

Yes. Several of our lines are built for it. Marquee Dance Floors are engineered for outdoor events. ChairMates are designed for grass, sand and uneven ground, with stainless steel hardware that holds up to salt air and humidity. Titan stage decks use a double-sided laminate over marine-grade plywood that resists moisture.

Built for outdoor events doesn't mean built to live outdoors, though. Between events, store your products covered, in a dry and secure place. It protects your investment and keeps every piece looking event-ready for years of bookings.

What's the difference between Stage Façade and a stage skirt?

A stage skirt is fabric: it wrinkles, stains and looks temporary. Stage Façade replaces it with furniture-grade wood panels and corner posts that cover the legs and cables under a stage and give it a clean, finished face. The panels fold for transport and storage.

Will ChairMates Feet work with chairs and tables I already own?

ChairMates Feet give the chairs and tables already in your fleet the same load-spreading footprint as our Grass & Sand Series, so they stand steady on grass and sand instead of sinking.

Leg sizes vary widely across today's market, from brand-new fleets to pieces that have seen years of service, so we use a proprietary sizing system before every purchase. We want to make sure you get the right size feet to match your fleet!

Do your products stack or fold for storage?

Yes. Storage and transport space costs money, so we design for it. ChairMates chairs fold and stack. Titan panels fold and stack flat. Stage Façade panels fold. Grand Royale bars fold down and can be carted for storage. Storage dimensions are on each spec sheet.

To go a step further, ask your dealer about storage bags and carts. Most of our dealers carry bags and carts made specifically to protect, transport and store our products between events.

How do I care for and clean my products?

Keep it simple. Wipe surfaces down with mild soap and water and a soft cloth, and skip abrasive cleaners, scouring pads or harsh chemicals, which can dull finishes. Let everything dry completely before you stack or store it.

Between events, take a quick look at hardware, connectors and legs, and tighten or replace anything that's loose or worn. A few minutes of care after each event keeps your fleet looking event-ready and extends its working life.

How is my order shipped, and what if it arrives damaged?

Your dealer manages your order from start to finish, including delivery. They'll confirm how your order ships, when to expect it and what to have ready on delivery day.

When your order arrives, inspect every carton before you sign. If anything looks damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact your dealer right away. They'll work with us to make it right as quickly as possible.

Who do I contact about my order?

Contact the dealer you purchased from. They manage your order from start to finish, and they work directly with our team whenever needed.

Do you offer pricing for large or fleet orders?

Yes. Volume and fleet orders are quoted through our authorized dealers. Contact us and we'll connect you with a dealer in your area.

Still have a question?

Ask the people who designed and engineered the product. We'll get you a real answer.
